Most of my career has been spent in the field of business, unrelated to art, but I was always hoping for that moment when I would try to learn how to paint.

During the past several years I enrolled in several local art classes featuring pastels and oil painting… slowly teaching myself some of the basic principles in each of the mediums. At this early juncture of learning I am currently enjoying genres of representational and landscape themes.

Norm is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a US Army veteran.
